SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

After each item has been inspected and a successful checkout has been approved, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail service with a tracking number. Estimated delivery 1-4 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


RETURNS

Our return and exchange policy is valid 10 days from your scheduled delivery arrival date. If 10 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). If the return is a result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping fees. Returns past 10 day policy or that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

EXCHANGES

All exchanged item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. To complete the return process, we require a photo (front and back) of each item being returned along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not ship any returned items unless we have sent you a confirmation email with details. Deliveries with no confirmation number will be returned to sender, unopened.

REFUNDS

We only accept returned item(s) within 10 days from delivery date. All returned items must be shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking to ensure your returned package. We will not refund items lost in their returned shipment. Please do not ship any returned items unless we have sent you a confirmation email with details. Deliveries with no confirmation number will be returned to sender, unopened.


After all items(s) have been inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you stating if you have been approved for a partial or full refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you receive a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If not approved, you will receive a credited amount (partial or full refund) towards your next order. The credit will be good for 30 days from date of confirmation email. This credit will not include any previous shipping fees.
